Metz to replace James as CEOSt. Petersburg Downtown Partnership CEO Joni James is stepping down and David Metz, a former administrator for both the city of St. Petersburg and Pinellas County, will become the organization’s interim chief executive officer.
Thanks to support from our members and board, we made progress on many of the priorities we identified in our 2025 Work Plan and kept momentum in our mission.
