Officials looking for solutions to office space shortages
Downtown St. Pete’s Class A office space vacancy rate is just 3.1%, and our CEO Jason Mathis and Board Member Mack Feldman spoke with City Council last week to argue that St. Petersburg is losing large companies that provide high-paying jobs to other cities due to this lack of premium office space and aging inventory.
Thanks to support from our members and board, we made progress on many of the priorities we identified in our 2025 Work Plan and kept momentum in our mission.
